Roadworks Chaussée d'Ixelles

Renovation of the Chaussée d’Ixelles: check vehicle access and public transport detours before your visit.

Following roadworks on the Chaussée d’Ixelles due to the XL FOR PEOPLE project, BUS 71 has been rerouted and will not pass through Place Fernand Cocq.

From July 10, STIB run a shuttle bus betweeen Place Flagey and Place Fernand Cocq in both directions.

- Operating days: Monday to Saturday from +/- 9h to +/- 16h30
- Intervals: every 30 minutes from each terminal (timetable below)

To go from Place Flagey to Place Fernand Cocq, the shuttle takes the usual route of BUS 71, with these stops:
- Flagey
- Museum of Ixelles
- Place Fernand Cocq  (temporary stop before the roadworks)

To go from Place Fernand Cocq to Place Flagey, the timetable is as follows:
Place Fernand Cocq, rue Mercelis, rue de l’Arbre Bénit, rue de la Vanne, rue Paul Spaak, rue Lesbroussart, place Flagey.
Bus stops are located at:
- before the crossroads of Place Fernand Cocq and rue Mercelis (temporary stop FERNAND COCQ)
- after the crossroads of rue de la Vanne and rue du Beau Site (stop VANNE)
- before the crossroads of rue Paul Spaak and rue Lesbroussart (temporary stop BAILLY)
- before the crossroads of rue Lesbroussart and rue Decoster (stop DAUTZENBERG)
- avenue du Général de Gaulle (stop FLAGEY)
